Library Study Room Reservation Policies:
- Reserve a study room at the “Reserve a Study Room” web page.
- Student ID card is required to access the study rooms.
- Currently enrolled WLAC students can reserve a study room up to 3 hours a day using their @student.laccd.edu email.
- Students MUST confirm the reservation through their LACCD email within an hour of booking the room.
- The Library will prioritize the use of study rooms for groups. While single users can make reservations, they may be asked to surrender a study room if it is needed by a group of 2 or more users.
- Study room are to be used for academic purposes only:
- The study group consist of a maximum of 5 students.
- Use as a social gathering, for gaming, club activities or for commercial purposes is prohibited.
- Food or drink are not allowed except for capped bottled water.
- Excessive noise, loud talking or will result in loss of the study room use.
- Lights are to remain on at all times.
- Study room doors are remained unlocked when occupied and locked when vacant.
- The Library may cancel reservations for failure to comply with these terms.
- Library study rooms must be vacated 10 minutes prior to the library’s closing time.
- Whiteboard markers and erasers may be checked out at the Circulation Desk.
- Books, bookbags or other belongings may not be left in a room to “claim” or “hold” the room. The library is not responsible for personal belongings.
- WLAC faculty and staff may reserve a study room to conduct college business. Call (310) 287-4269 for more information.
